I did no yoga last week.
Well, Shiva Nata is a yoga discipline, so I suppose I did a bit. I have been doing 5 minutes of Shiva Nata, followed by 10 minutes in shivasana, first thing most mornings. I've now upped it to 10 minutes of practice.
