Well looks like I'll actually write another entry. Right now i'm just sitting in the largest student learning center in the world. It's like 4 floors of computers, tables, comfortable chairs, classrooms, windows, bathrooms, study rooms, elevators, stairs and oh yea a coffe shop. I was thinking about writing yesterday but i got a little side-tracked and never did it. I hate that like i get on these computers, write something for class, read e-mail, then end up just wasting time doing pointless stuff like reading articles, watching homestarrunner, listening to music... etc. I really should be doing some reading but instead I do this... I love college.
Haven't been up to to much lately. Went home last week which was a blast. Got to see my old friends like Mark, Adam, Mat, Ty, Brian, Kelly,... etc. Watched some crazy movies like Run Ronnie Run and Momento(good movie). Basically just hung out and acted stupid just like the old days. Coming back was so weird though because it seemed just like the summer. It was like I was living two lives. One at college with all the new people i've met then one living at home with the parents, siblings, and high school friends. I enjoyed seeing everyone. Also, guess what the fam got??? New flat screen tv... I leave and then i'm replaced with a flat peice of machine entertainment... oh well.
Also last week was the football game... my gosh basically every grassy knoll on campus was trampled on by RV's, people, tents, hotdogs, and coolers and little kids dressed up like cheerleaders and football players. Ended up tailgating with the BSU... this guy made some superb italin dressing hamburgers. Also with the BSU we were able to go an hour earlier with them and get seats 10 rows from the feild.... alot better than the section where you can feel airplanes skim the top of your head. The thing that is depressing though is that with all the incoming freshman we didn't all get every homegame ticket. I only got the first three so some way I need to get the Tennesee and Vandy tickets... don't worry I'll find the hook up. Overall game was hot, sweaty, loud, and extrememly fun. It's great to be a Georgia Bulldawg.
This week's been okay just doing the usual... reading, classes, eating, chillin with people, basketball, and watching movies like virgin sucides, meet joe black, fightclub, clueless, . Oh yea also yesterday I played ultimate frisbee not just frisbee but ULTIMATE FRISBEE. Like i signed up for this fall league thinking that we would just kinda mess around and play... but beleive me there is no messing around involved. These guys are to hardcore for words. I thought I knew how to play... but i really have no idea. They like all had plays, and rules, and like terms for stuff I'd never even thought about. I think I just need to play more and get use to being a professional frisbee playa'.Well i'm gonna go get some chow... later
PS Meet Joe Black is a horrible movie unless you are a girl and think Brat Pitt is a total stud... other than that it's 3 hours of boring sleep-enticing dialogue.
