It's amazing how this feels
Suzana brought me her stuffed animal, and it's so amazing how something inanimate can make me feel so much better and at home here. Nothing in this room really reminds me of all the time I've spent here, except the lamps I hung and paint on the walls and drawings, which all remind me of past relationships. Thinking of Adi no longer makes me sad, but Cambia does.
Cuddling up with Samantha (Suzanna's stuff animal) always manages to put a smile on my face in a way I never thought possible for a stuffed animal. It smells good, and is warm and fuzzy, and is a reminder when I'm all alone at night that someone out there really loves and cares about me.
