+So orientation was okay last night. I felt a lot better being around others who hadn't done this before and had the same stupid, dull questions that I had. The lady that led it was really laid-back and nice, which always helps in confusing situations like this. We learned the basics, which I am still kinda confused on and will probably mess up at

For some reason we do INDEED attract the weird, gangsta guys. Like when I went to Anderson Days on Sunday evening and the guy said "holla" at me. Dude, you're white. And that's not a way to pick up a girl just like throwing a ball at a girl isn't either! When will guys learn? Where are the nice guys that don't talk gangsta and don't beat around the bush and will just upfront tell you that they like you and wants to take you out for dinner or to a movie? Yes, I guess they do not exist. Or they're taken. Or they all want to date girls that are definitely not in the same group as me.

You'll do great at Kohl's! And yay, you're getting some good hours in! And weird, this WILL be your first job where you're purely indoors in air-conditioning.

Haha, I remember when you always used to mess up clothes and said that it was the job of the people working there to clean it up! In fact, you sometimes just walked by a line of clothes and messed them up! Role-reversal now! I don't purposely try and mess the clothes up, I just don't know how to fold when I put clothes back, so then it looks like I intentionally did it.

I can't wait to see you either! If it's okay with you, I definitely think we need to hang out twice next week. Maybe we'll go to Durham on Monday and then I'll have to come see your dorm later on in the week after you've moved in and we'll do something around town then. But you can let me know some time next week.

Okie dokie. I'm not entirely sure if we'll do Monday or not. I guess we'll see how out of it I am from traveling and unpacking on the weekend. So I guess the days we have left would be Monday and Thursday...and the weekend? But the weekend might be kind of hectic. I'm sure they have plenty of events on campus planned for y'all. But yeah, if those are our only 2 days, I'll take 'em! Just lemme know.

Well just let me know as soon as you can if we are doing Monday or not. Thursday would work I am sure. I doubt they have any campus activities. If they do, they are being slow in telling people.

I say we do something on Monday, I'm just not sure if it includes going to Southpoint. Maybe that'll be later in the week. I'm still trying to make up my mind.
