Why I Love Seattle and This Housing Market
I found the apartment today. I love it. How do I love it? Let me count the ways:

Gas range
Washer and drier in the unit
Dishwasher
Garbage disposal
Secure entry
Covered parking included in rent
Shared roof deck with AMAZING view and BBQ for tenant use
I've never had any of those things in an apartment before and the rent is less than what I'm paying now. It's also closer to my classmates/friends and bus lines right on the Wallingford/Fremont line. I am stoked!
