pollenated lungs
I just went for a most excellent run! The weather is beautiful right now. Happy second day of summer. It was rainy off and on all day. Summer rain is probably my favorite thing in the world. I love the smell and the feel and the way it affects people so differently than cold rain. People enjoy warm rain. But it was pleasantly dry for my run. I only did two miles, but it was faster than usual... The only thing is, I'm pretty sure my lungs are coated in yellow from the pollen.
I worked all day at Zumi's, and it was tons of fun. We had everything ready to close at like 4:00, because the three of us are a well-oiled machine. So the last two hours were full of play. This next week I'm only working in Rockport and Ipswich, which is much better for my car. I'm pretty positive that it's going to die anytime now.
Oh, and I am 90% sure that I got into Lesley! I find out for sure by the end of this week at the latest. The lady from the Admissions Office was really nice and said "We'd love to have you" like five times.
Tonight involves either Sam's Summer Ale and sitting by a large body of water, or going out to a movie.
I'm completely blissed out right now!
