IMO Morning rant.

I will be perfectly clear right off the bat. I DO NOT LIKE RAP MUSIC. Now that is not to say that I don' t believe that others who enjoy it should not be allowed to listen to it.  I believe people should be allowed to listen to what ever music they prefer at a a decent level when you are in public say in your car waiting for a stop light to go from
