Go Karting, Slumber parties and even more starbucks :)
Bahrain has absolutly been a blast since my best friends have come home! It really makes you realize how fun a place can be if your friends are here. I definitley found a new form of happiness that i never knew could happen while was here and i will actually be ... a little sad to leave my friends behind! Okay ... now my little sadness is gone and i'm excited to return back to the states! I even have my luggage packed and my AIM profile is updated! Its monday which means i have ... TWO days left after today till i leave! Wooot Woot! :)
In other news the past two days have been hella fun. On Saturday my best friend slept over and we had a miniature slumber party. We spent the day roaming around Bahrain finding 'things' we needed to do. We went to the mall, the bookstore, the arts and crafts store, the Giant stores and we went to starbucks for lunch. We also went to the grocery store then went back to my house to watch some Grey's Anatomy (cause she hasn't seen any episodes at all) Then after the first 4 episodes .... we went to McDonalds ... bought some food ... went to the cinema and bought some caramel popcorn and went home to eat our HUMOUNGOUS feast while finishing the first season of Grey's Anatomy :) Fun Stuff.
On Sunday, I dropped megz back home and then i went to lunch with the teacher who i was helping for the past few weeks. We went to this nice place called Zoeys ... which i ACTUALLY HATE .. because the owner is my arch rivals father. But anyway i dropped her home and went to see her apartment and we chatted till like .. 5!!! I then told her i HAD to go home because i needed to see my friend at six. Then i went with my friends Lauren and Mark to go GO KARTING! We then went to Burger king in the mall and went back to Laurens house to watch some Pirated versions of Grey's Anatomy :) he he he! Then Mark drove me home in a crazy ass small green car!
Today i went to the souq with my mom ... which took .. FOREVER! Because she needed to find a pendant for my grandpa. I then found this REALLY cheap place which makes you a arabic name pendant in silver for only 3BD ... which is pretty cheap considering its silver. Thats like ... $ 10.00 .... so ... if there are any requests for next time i come to Bahrain ... ie not now since i have a total of .500 fils in my wallet ($1.50) then i will get you one :) Just remind me later :)
And now i get to go to work! I took alot of awesome photos and i cant wait to get them up ! :) Hopefully soon there will be a facebook profile ... as SOOn as i figure out where the memory card adaptor is!
