So I have done pretty damn good today, and am actually gonna hit my points for the day for once! Well, mostly...I have 2 points left, one of which will be used on either a fudge bar, or a java bar (both ww 1 point bars and YUMMY!!), but that last one...I dunno! I'll be drinking water, so I suppose losing 1 point is better than losing the 5-10 I've been unable to eat just about every day.

I made tacos with ground turkey, some vegitarian refried beans, fat free sour cream (dood, it tastes the same, but is sooooo much runnier...translation: messy!), some salsa, and some reduced fat cheese. I am full, in a good way, not a painful way I am oh, so familiar with.
I was allowed to have 3 crunchy tacos, and total the dinner was only 9 points. But I had to add 6 because I had a full glass of 2% milk. That was totally worth it. I loooooooove milk. though the whole 2% thing is new to me. I've _ALWAYS_ been a whole milk kinda gal.
Once I've really gotten used to the 2%, I'll transition to 1%, then eventually to fat free. Though not so sure I'll ever get to that point realistically. At some point it stops being milk, and turns into white water. Blah.
So perhaps I'll ultimately stick with the 1-2%.

So, 5 pounds last week, and this week is all ready starting well. On another up side, finally done with my period, and so I'll prolly have a pretty significant weight loss this week, mostly due to water weight.
Meh, that's fine, too. :)
