Interpol and 99x

Last night was the 99x promo party with Interpol playing a short teaser set and it was fantastic! It was like an appetizer to look forward to the main course tonight. The setlist was:

Yeah - it was one of the guys from 99x who gave me the ticket! They rock, and now - when i do get around to listening to the radio - they're what's on. Anyways, I would love a link to those pics, and I'm so jealous that you got to talk to the band - I wish I had known about that party, I would have given almost anything to be there! I had imagined Paul was pretty soft spoken, it would have been so awesome to meet them...

And yes, he was quite soft spoken, shy, but nice. I shook his hand and spoke to him briefly welcoming him to Atlanta and hoping they would come back soon. He said they would, so there you go.
