Er. But you just mentioned me.

You're right. No problems here.. But you sound bored as hell.

Either that, or worrying too much.

Well, if I don't mention you at all, you might be sad and feel left out, y'know. Abandoned and ignored.

I don't see how this is worrying too much. Or being bored. And did you notice? I asked for chickens! If we have eggs, it becomes much easier to bake cakes for Halloween.

But you said you weren't mentioning me. And uh, that ain't likely. You just said that so I'd talk to you.

There's gotta be a way to do without. Not sure we'll be able to get eggs, but maybe those psycho cows have milk?

I said I wasn't asking after you because I was sure you were fine. So I didn't mention you at all, really.

All mammals produce milk. But I don't know if all of it is good to drink. And I don't know how you'd tame and milk one of the monster cows, either. Might be painful to try.

You can just ask these people for things and they give them to you? Why do they bring us here, then?!

Well, it's not like they will automatically, but it can't hurt to ask, right?

I don't think they want use to die, and I'm asking for stuff that would help everyone not die, so it seems okay.

If they don't want us to die, why did they drop us in a fail city full of monsters?

I guess that makes sense, though..

Hey, I'm Shimbo by the way!

I've heard people say that they want us to rebuild and repopulate the city, so maybe they expect us to kill all the monsters, too. But I don't really know! It's useless to concern myself with things I don't understand.

I'm Arisugawa Sorata. Pleased to meet you. You're new here, huh? Please tell me if there's anything you need or want, and I'll do my best for you.

Why not catch one of those rainbow cow things?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too, except we don't exactly know how safe it is to milk them, right? They aren't exactly tame. Plus there's the matter of taste. Their milk might be - uh, kinda unpleasant, you know? It's more complicated than it seems!

Um, sure, that should be okay. Who's the soup kitchen run by?

It's run by Miss Nani, at - um, betterassister. I work there too, of course. I know you give some stuff to the restaurant, right? Have you been giving meat to the inventory, too? I was going to ask you about that as well.

Things, they feel sort of unorganized.

Nani? Okay, I'll ask her. And um...I dunno, I don't think we've given any to inventory. We kind of have to figure out how to dry it before we do that, right? Since nobody's got cold storage.

I wouldn't know.

That's right. I agree. I'm not completely sure how to dry meat, either, but that's definitely something that should be figured out. For the future, too. I bet it'll be hard to hunt if winters here are harsh, y'know?

I know there's some canned good in the inventory, so meat seems like a natural, and it'd be easier for everyone to get, instead of just dropping it off at the restaurant or soup kitchen or relying on people to come to you for it.

Wow, really?

To be honest, I wasn't expecting a reply at all! Thanks a lot - miss? I'm really grateful! Is there something I should do? In return? Or get them from somewhere?

I'm shocked by your generosity, sincerely!

Well, I still think it's awful nice of you, Miss. So I feel, of course, in return - especially since you're a girl, if you don't mind my saying - that I want to return the favor. Of course, since you're one of the "evil kidnappers," however it goes, I guess there's not much you're lacking.
