V for Vendetta Toast! Wooo!

I was watching V for Vendetta with my sister the other day and I realised that every time we watch it we always drool over that toast that V makes for Evey when she stays over. IT LOOKS SO GODDAMN GOOD. Today on a whim I googled "V for Vendetta Toast" and found a recipe for it. It's known by many names, like 'Eggy in a basket' and 'Toad in a pond'.

Then Barbie and I were like LET'S MAKE THE TOAST and we did and IT WAS AS YUMMY AS ANYTHING.

If you've never tried it, TRY IT. IT'S SO EASY AND DELICIOUS.

Here's what you need:
Two slices of Bread
Butter
Two Eggs
Salt, Pepper, Chilli, or any other spice you'd want on your egg.
A Frying Pan
A spatula
An egg ring, a glass or a knife

Here's the recipe I found:

-Butter bread slices on both sides.
-Cut a circle in the middle of each slice using an egg ring, a glass or a knife.
-Place buttered bread slices on a nonstick griddle pan, preheated over medium heat.
-Add a bit of butter to the center of the bread, and gently crack your eggs into the hole (one egg per slice).
-Sprinkle eggs with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
-When the eggs begin to set around the edge of the hole, flip.
-Finish cooking eggs as you prefer (over easy or over medium).
-The buttered bread "centres" can be grilled or toasted as well to sop up the extra yolk!

Try it, it's REALLY filling.
