The beginning of the summer was not what i would say my favorite time in life. I was sad that I had to be home and away from my friends but I'm starting to gain some perspective. I'M HERE FOR A REASON! if i spent my whole time here lamenting, I wouldn't be able to look around and see all the amazing things that God is doing and get to be a part of them. So now I'm here and wholly here. Every once in a while i miss people from school but I know that what i'm doing here is amazing too. Weird...
At church last night (yes. aware it was not sunday...) the pastor showed us something really cool and i don't know if i believe it but if its true then God is really cool (not that he's not now... but yah)? Some scientist had people talk to (at) water and say different things to it - but mean and nice. When the would talk at it he would freeze the water and take a picture of the crystallizations. When people would say things like, ‘I hate you’ to the water the crystallizations would be sickly looking (a lot like mucous) but when people said, ‘I love you’ to the water it turned out looking like a diamond ! I’m not sure if this is true but I wouldn’t doubt it. Why wouldn’t the Lord make it so that his creation would respond beautifully to the phrase I love you and make our whole being abhor the words I hate you. It seems logical to me --> and lets face it… who’s more logical than God?
