SHIPWAR-FREE WAYS TO PASS THE TIME UNTIL SEASON 3
The Avatar fandom has gone so FUCKING BATSHIT INSANE in the last week that I've been taking a lead from
rawles (<333) and avoiding the insanity hotspots like ASN and DH-- especially the shipping areas therein. As a result, I've had to find other ways of occupying my indecent amounts of leisure time...
So I've taken up residence at Flaming Knives, the incredible Maiko forum where everyone is awesome and hilarious and wonderful and you can squee without fear of being attacked. No words can describe my love of that site and the people there. We even have our own comic strip drawn by the amazingly talented Xielas (known as Renoa at dA) and OMFG I'M SO THRILLED TO BE FEATURED IN IT! ^__^

Also, I've been reading a lot of scanlated yuri manga. (Scanlated = scanned and translated, for those who don't know.) So far I've only gotten through a couple of oneshots ("Hands Off My Girl" and "24,25") and I loved them both immensely. Can't wait to read more. What better way to get my mind off of the Avatar Shipwar than with random, adorable girl love? :3
Must find more to do while I wait for Season 3. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them.
