I just learned from a
news posted on Tokyohive that the casts of Bokura Ga Ita just had a pre-screening! Yeah,as if I could simply fly off to Japan just to watch whatever kind of screening they have and will be having.lol
It was said that Bokura Ga Ita will have two parts! Great heavens,I was more than happy to hear about this. Admittedly, I wasn't updated with the details or rumours about the movie to start with so my reaction was understandable. I've been really thinking how they plan to cover such a lovely and dramatic manga into a movie. For one, the story itself is long. Another, the time frame for the plot is also long and it jumps from one period to another. I'd be more than disappointed had the producer decided to have a shortcut version. That's not just absurd but a murder on someone else's beautiful craft.
The first part of the story will be shown this March and the second part will be this April. Yes,it's time for love to bloom~! :)
I have nothing against the casts. In fact, I love Ikuta Toma as Yano. I can't think of anyone else who would fit Yano's features(physical) in the manga. :) I don't know much about the lead actress, but I'd take the director's word for her way of portraying Nanami.
Can't wait to finally have this movie. It's one of my favorite mangas and I don't want it murdered.
