...I got nothing.

Honestly, I don't know why I'm posting here. I just got passed over for an interview because I can't do math (as we all know that's so important for the role of composing email marketing blurbs), one of my cats died (Pythia passed away - she was well over 17), and I'm starting to wonder what I'm doing with my life and my time.

Oh, yeah. And I finally published a book.

For Love and Profit: A Tale of the Riders of the Blank Horizon is a story my friends and I put together over the course of a year or two back in 2000. It's billed as a collaborative, but don't be fooled; I wrote at least 85% of it, and the damn thing wouldn't have happened if not for me. So it's my baby. D.Prae cannot be far behind. (I have to keep telling myself that.)

For the record, the same collaborative group has published two other books: Cidae's Rise: Dead Weather and Cidae's Rise: Chasing Credence, though I can only claim heavy authorship on the latter.

Y'all can look for all these titles on Lulu.com, mainly because I don't expect they'll ever see the light of day otherwise, and because I do not have an agent. I'm looking rather ineffectively for a literary agent for my other big work, The Soldier's Road. Any tips or leads will be appreciated.

Other than that, though... (see subject heading.)
