Dreams
Wow. I had a crazy dream last night.
It started out as fairly weird, with my belongings on the other side of the street, and I just kept running back and forth. A few times, everyone got confused with the lights and we nearly got run over o_O
Did I mention that most of my friends had a cameo appearance sometime during the dream? Yeah...
So, anyways, the bulk of my dream happened when Tu sent me a text message (when did he get a Razr? o-o Better yet, when did I get a Razr?!)
And what did it say?
"Hi Khue.
I've been talking with Jasmine and (someone else, I never saw the name because I was skimming), and I think I like you.
I hope I get to talk to you later - tell me if you got this message the next time we meet, okay?
I love you,
Tu."
Heading the message was an LJ-like icon, Tu surrounded by a hazy red border with a few flowers.
By this time, my real life self would have thrown the cell at a wall.
My dream self was oddly shocked, conflicted, surprised, and secretly pleased. x_x *dead*
So, some time later, we somehow find ourselves on a jungle gym that miraculously appeared on the front lawn of Tu's house, which is now mysteriously located where Minh's house is in real life o-o
So we're all there, chatting - 'we' being me, Jessica, Jasmine Foster, Tu, and quite a few of our classmates whose faces were blurred. We talked, chatted, and I noticed that Tu was a bit withdrawn from the whole situation.
It takes awhile, but then when Tu goes back into his house (and it's almost evening by now), I finally jumped off the gym and ran up to him, trying not to look like we had any secrets or anythin, but Kimberly and Jess see me and try to follow, fortunately not fast enough to hear what I said next.
"Just so you know, I got your text message. And... I think... I'd like to try."
This be where Tu turns tomato red and starts smiling like a goofy idiot. x______x
Of course, before he dives back into the house, he beams, gives me a bright smile, and quickly rattles off a corny 'roses are red' poem before disappearing.
Kimberly and Jessica caught the tail end of it and gave me a weird look.
"What's going on?" Jessica, of course.
"Nothing."
Surprisingly, I do feel a bit fuzzy and happy, and I'm probably blushing to the roots of my hair. <-(TOTALLY not me. X_X)
Afterwards, as the sun sets, me and Jessica walk back over to my house.
As we near my house, I started talking.
"Hey, Jess? I know this is going to sound really weird, but... what do you think of Tu?"
She shrugs and says he's okay, honestly, if a little annoying.
"Then, how would you feel if I told you we were going out?"
At this, she looks surprised, but not negatively so.
I don't remember what happens after that, but it's nothing too important.
Of course, when I woke up, I couldn't remember anything. But I still had that pleasantly fuzzy mood.
It took me ten minutes to remember.
After that, I splashed cold water into my face, recoiling from the dream.
I'm now mentally scarred for life. x_x
But... I did like the feeling of love, and of being loved.
Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a boyfriend after all-

I completely blame my subconsciously cracky mind and Nagayan's Slow Jam. The thing was playing on my mp3 player when it woke me up at 6 in the morning and I just let it play.
Argh.
I think Nagayan's got subliminal messages in that song...
