and then oops this happened

One freaking hell of a mental roller coaster ride later, this happened.

If hard-pressed, Sam might admit that he’d fantasized about it. Ever since that first kiss, that first possessive slide of Tron’s fingertips over the circuits on his armor, that low rumbling growl meant only for him, Sam imagined what it would be like if Tron unleashed the full force of it on him. He knows Tron will never let it happen; the program was so hesitant in the beginning, unsure that he’s doing the right thing, and only when Sam let him know that it’s okay did he let it out bit by bit, pun fully intended. Pushing him before he’s ready would only result in disaster and a significant setback to their relationship.

What Sam will never admit is that he was a bit afraid. He enjoyed Tron’s aggression, loved rising up to meet it even when he’s physically incapable of doing so - not that he’d complain about the program pinning him to the nearest flat surface to tear orgasms out of him. But once in a while he’d see something flash in Tron’s gray eyes and his heart would stop from fear. In that moment he’d hope Tron wouldn’t sense it, see it, recognize it, because if he did he’d pull back, shrink away and lose himself to the guilt they worked so hard to overcome.

But Sam couldn’t forget the heart-pounding thrill of it, either, and that’s what drove him to approach Tron and make his proposal. He’s not blind, not dumb, not purposefully oblivious. He knows what he wants, because sometimes he can’t tell the difference between fear, thrill, and arousal.

“I won’t break,” he said. “You won’t hurt me.”

And he felt so relieved when Rinzler flashed in Tron’s eyes.

oh god what the fuck, pairing: tron: sam/tron, 2012, fan fiction: work in progress, fandom: tron & legacy, go to bed ffs, writing is hard, holy shit y'all, story is the heart of the world, oh my god
