There are... reasons I can't explain for why I haven't actually started watching Teen Wolf yet. There are reasons for why I am so damn intrigued by it, including a shit ton of incredible meta posts that speak to me on such a deep level (and also I am so goddamn intrigued by Danny like I can't even begin to explain it).

I'm pretty sure I've seen meta about the exchange by people who actually saw the episode but whenever I see that gif set I just want to cry tears of lulzy joy and I don't even know why.
Maybe it's because his dad didn't outright shut him down when Stiles says he could be gay? It wasn't... it wasn't played for laughs at the expense of non-straight people. I don't know how to explain. But god do I love it so. Hell, that gif set of the exchange alone could convince me to tell my issues to go to hell and watch it.
