Thank you so much.

Especially with Sam I always felt like he wanted to belong somewhere instead of drift around like Dean and John. Maybe when I revisit I can write more on the relationship between Sam and John; in a world more hostile to them it's probably likely Sam would gravitate to the one person who wouldn't judge him. Would make the ultimate fight splitting Sam and John more painful. Ye gods.

And more ye gods - imagine genderbending biracial!Sam & Dean. The skeeve would be exponentially worse, DDD: DNW.

I kind of love piquing people's interest in the people in this world. Makes me want to revisit as fast as possible. Already thinking up potentially smutty Dean/Castiel. *predictable*

Oh my. This is awesome and I want more. I think what I loved most though was Dean and Sam's disconnect with their Korean heritage, all because their mother wasn't there to teach them.

Oh and I love your Castiel art. She's made of hotness.

It makes me think a lot about what my mom did for my brother and me. While I hate that there's this language barrier between us I'm grateful that she tried so hard to teach us Korean.

Re: the art. Now I want to doodle these guys. Specifically Dean and Castiel. In a position or another. Um. Bunk.

I think this is the moment that caught me the hardest: "“But that means the river could wash away her body,” Castiel interrupted. “He’ll never be able to tend to her continued well-being in the afterlife if there was no grave to tend to. He should’ve considered that before carrying out her last request.”"

Because Dean doesn't know what it means and Castiel does and it's like a tiny, tiny gift she gives him unawares. I was waiting for her to say it to him afterward, "Kaegul, kaegul." But I suppose that's my need to make everything corny.

I wish my brain would understand that I can't write things as followups for everything that fascinates me, heh. I can't imagine you haven't thought of this -- do you know who Castiel's vessel is? What her name is? I'm dying to know.

I feel I should clarify: do you know who Castiel's vessel is in the sense that canon!Castiel's vessel is Jimmy. Because I know perfectly well you know who the actress is.

(I had this whole thing in my head where Castiel's vessel is with Amelia and they have little bi-racial Claire and I got to the point where I was pondering names before I thought, "You idiot, she's probably got it figured out already.")

Ha ha I actually thought about that - Castiel helping Dean understand some of the intricacies of the story about the Disobedient Frog with her comments, besides the "Frogs don't wear clothes".

I've been thinking about Castiel's vessel; it'll take a lot of research but I'm probably going to make her a lot like Zoe Saldana in terms of racial/ethnic heritage. I feel that she's more spiritual than religious, and stuck at a well-paying but boring/pointless/meaningless job (for her). I think she has a younger brother.

I also want her and Dean to run into Jimmy Novak at some point. It'll be awesome (I think).

And then there's the Korean hunting tradition I want to poke at when I mess around with 4.03 and Dean meets his Korean grandparents. alkdjflksajflkdjfs so much to explore; what have I gotten myself into?
