Sour people is sour

I know sometimes people hate me. I mean, when I am on their side everything is fine. I am goofy and carefree, so I am well liked among my friends. But one day, someone has a different POV and they just cannot stand it. Why? Because I am argumentative, almost lawyer-like. I’ve been within fandoms since X files days, so it’s my second nature to ( Read more... )

I don't know. But the thing is, I'd hate to argue with these people because I actually love Callie. Love her! And for some reason if you don't want her with Mark it's interpreted as hate, which... What? And I also love the two of them together. As friends. I agree they have truly great chemistry together but I see it more as friends chemistry.

First, I love love LOVE Callie and second I love love love Mark and Callie as a friendship. What it pisses me off is that take my words out of context and become all pissed off because I don't find they have romantic chemistry. In fact, I still think chemistry is so subjective that only when it's widely recognized by media or something it can be used as an argument. And I don't like Mark and Callie shippers just because for what I've seen they hate Lexie, they just like Mark because of Callie so now that he is with Lexie he is an ass and they're bitter and rude. Good thing that Callie and Arizona shippers as well Mark and Lexie shippers do not get in the middle of shipper wars. They're the ones bitching all the freaking time and sometimes being really rude, not only about the ship (Nicknames such as Slexiepuke... which is so childish) and things such "Mark and Lexie fans are 12 year girl that likes the bad boy and good girls" ridiculous argument ( ... )

I know right? I was like... What the hell did I just say that made them so pissed off. Talk about sensitive. I cannot understand why an underdog ship can't act like it (And IMO this even includes Jate). When I ship couples I know probably it won't go anywhere I just take it as a fun experience and read fanfiction LOL.

I used to be a Mark/Callie shipper, but I could never stand the other Mark/Callie fans. I think it's part of the reason I gave up on the ship...The other part would be that I fell absolutely in love with Mark/Lexie.

And I agree with your argument about chemistry. It's very much subjective and should not be used as the cornerstone of an argument. Case in point, I thought George and Izzie had amazing chemistry, but I'm well aware that many people didn't agree with me there. So I never used their chemistry as an excuse for why I shipped them over Alex/Izzie. Then again, I rarely get into ship debates these days...especially about Greys. I steer clear of that fandom.

Seriously, they're that bad? I have to say I read their thread sometimes for fun. I don't even get mad because they're so bitter and Arizona/Callie and Mark/Lexie shippers doesn't give a damn so it ends up being funny. Like when your old grandad starts to whinne all the time or something LOL.
