A Disappearing Act Must Always Result In A Reappearance

I guess this is getting a little ridiculous; I mean, what am I paying for if I never post?( --__--;;) The userpics, mostly.

Recent: cried like a baby for hours after LOST and still haven't been able to rewatch it (though I did manage to watch the end matched with the first few minutes rewound of the pilot: LOST, Palindrome, LOST ) My mom made fun of me for being so emotional (good natured ribbing  though. I love my mom ♥) I haven't been that upset since DW S2 "Doomsday". It was beautiful. Had such a headache the next day, first day of my first summer class, Japanese 301. Our class had petitioned for an upper-level course since, at WCU, JP stops at 202, which sucks very, very much. I really would need to transfer to Temple to continue ::grumble:: May help me with my graduate school decision, however, so.

This week, the second summer session has started and I'm in public speaking with a nice, small class. It's going well.

The Breaking Bad finale - amazing. I'm glad it's no longer in imminent danger of cancellation.

Speaking of possible cancellations: god, I hope Fringe makes it beyond next year - totally and completely in love with this show now, as just finished S2 yesterday, having downloaded it a month or so ago. I ♥ Olivia, Peter (Olivia/Peter) :) and of course, Walter. Olivia and her niece, more love. Astrid is awesome ("Asterisk", "Astro" XD) and Broyles and Nina are rather interesting and cool characters, too. And the alternate world! Oh, how I love shows with alternate universes =D Their alternate versions are so intriguing, and I love how each of the actors play those parts so well, really and truly different from their original world counterparts. Reminds me of Smokey!Locke and Locke and Terry O'Quinn's amazing transformation between the two.

I'm trying to remember if The X-Files ever had a parallel universe episode; although, if not, since Fringe does not (as of yet) have aliens, I guess it's a fair trade.

I have a rather intense crush on Olivia/Anna Torv that has arisen all of a sudden. After that finale it just kinda exploded; it had been building, sure, but now it's just so here to stay. It's rather pleasant. Joshua Jackson is cute and all, but I think I only see him as Charlie from The Mighty Ducks (I've only half-seen - i.e., was in the room while they played - a couple of Dawson's Creek eps, so I don't think of him as Pacey; but I've seen TMD movies more times than I can count. Loved the first two movies, but that third one... When I was younger I used to play roller hockey with my siblings primarily because of those movies. Also, roller hockey is fun. I can't play it now due to my orthopedic surgeon's orders, but I do remember it fondly.)

I'm not watching DW S5; hell, I haven't even watched The End of Time yet =| (Have been very uninterested in crying over a show since LOST. I am somewhat traumatized, I guess.) =/ I'm glad it has been pretty good according to the reactions I have read (dancing Doctor sounds pretty funny, and it's nice the angst has receded finally), but I'm just not feelin' it anymore. ::shrugs::

Heard about TW coming over here, with RTD, I believe :D Should be interesting.

True Blood, awesome; crazy and awesome. That last ending - wow.

I might just start posting fanart here regularly. I have a good backlog of stuff from HIMYM and SH, so at least I'd actually be using my membership.
