Life Update
So a number of significant things have happened quite recently, and I figured I'd let you all know. I'm crossposting this from tumblr for anybody who strongly prefers comments to reblogs.
- After a few months of experimentation, I've settled on a chosen first name, and it's Sparrow. incandescentquill.tumblr.com/id has been updated accordingly.
- I'm employed, as of yesterday. Not unemployed, not underemployed, really properly employed at a full time job in the industry I most badly want to work in. I'm thrilled.
- Coincidentally, as of yesterday, I'm also single. I'm not thrilled, but things are amiable.
- As of two weeks ago, I've been formally diagnosed with ADD (inattentive type), resting atop GAD and SAD in my "brain problems diagnoses" pile. ADD treatment has mostly resolved GAD problems, interestingly, and eventually when I have spare time I want to talk about brain problems, transhumanism, and mods that have and have not worked for me in detail.
- I'm going to have more spare time at the new job, but I've had very little of it recently. Sorry my blog's been relatively dead, I've mostly been offline/unavailable for chat, and I've hardly talked to anybody.
