Well, I said I was going to be honest. If I'm not honest then I can continue to ignore it. The fact that I'm already embarassed by this is, I think, a good thing.
Yesterday's meals:
- Breakfast: whole bagel w/ cream cheese and 3 small tomato slices. 2 eggs.
- Snack: 1 cliff bar, handful of sunflower seeds (with shells)
- Lunch: Mongolian Beef and Fried Rice
- Dinner: chicken fried steak (2 small), 1 ear roasted corn, mashed potatoes (FAR too many).
- Stupid thing: Nilla wafers. Too many.
In my defense, money is tight this week and I haven't done a full grocery trip lately. Actually, I haven't done a full grocery trip since we moved in. I tend to just go for what I need every few days. This is good and bad, I think. It's good because I don't waste money on produce, but bad because I don't have any sandwich stuff or meats or anything with which I can just whip something together.
Also, I didn't get much sleep last night. So I didn't get up and walk today. But, I WILL walk tonight. Yes.
I'm just mildly overdrawn because I forgot when the Netflix bills. This will resolve itself when the roomie pays for bills. No worries here at all. It's only $5, so I can probably prevent any fees.
So the bottom line is bills are due with this paycheck, but it shouldn't be too bad. I'll do some shopping for meats and things, maybe some whole grain pasta and other things to plan meals with. Then I'll get veggies as I need them. People waste so much money on wasted produce.
Brain still waking up. Hoping today will be a little more responsible insofar as eating is concerned. Heh.
