comment_fic. Prompt: "DCU, Booster/Beetle, Closets." It would have made a great joke had Ted and Booster not been on the wrong side of the door and the joke.

The jokes that could be made about the situation were endless, except Ted and Booster were on the wrong side of the joke at the moment, and they needed to right this terrible wrong. Except, they really couldn't while locked in a closet together without their gear. It seemed that Ralph and Sue had made sure of that.
“It's a conspiracy! They're all against us!” Booster whined as he futilely kicked the very locked and very reinforced closet door.
“Maybe they're conspiring against you, and I just got sucked into your messes, just like always,” Ted grumbled which made Booster glare at him. “It's true!”
“You're such a jerk, and you've been a jerk ever since we joined the Superbuddies!” Booster shouted. “And they weren't always my messes. You were the brains behind Kooey Kooey Kooey, if you remember.”
Ted had no rebuttal to that, but that didn't stop him. “Well, can you explain why we're in this closet, then?!” he yelled.
“Because we want you guys to kiss and make up!” Mary's voice shouted from the other side of the closet door.
Bea's laughter could be heard as well. “Yeah, boys. Kiss and make up, please. God knows you've two have been gay for each other since you met,” she said between peals of laughter.
“Boys, do whatever you want in there, just make sure to tell us when you're at least friends again,” Sue spoke up before she must have turned to the others. “Now, time go let them make up. So out, all of you!”
There were grumbles and a happy goodbye from Mary before Ted and Booster were left to themselves, to fight, make up, or maybe even what Bea had suggested.
