Okay. Starts off with Starifre wearing more clothes than I've EVER been used to her wearing unless she was really in public. She was pretty covered for Kory. Vic won't leave his room.
Now, I can't tell who the fuck is who. I think it's Wally who's been beating up muggers for people with a bandanna around covering his mouth, but that makes no sense. Then this red head (possibly blond, goddamn colorists!) head back into an apartment to find girl (her name's Verona) wrapped in sheets, saying she'd love to get back into bed. Wally(?) says he forgot his wallet then leaves. (Also, it's shouldn't be Roy since the guy wasn't wearing a shirt while playing vigilante with the bandanna. He has all those chest scars and the tattoo on his left arm. One of those facts would show up, even if the artist seems to be an idiot. *coughs*)
Okay, from obvious context clues and other characters in the room, the next part is definitely Wally waking up in his room to little Iris waking him up, so they can have breakfast. Now, I'm wondering if Wally's Joey controlled, or if he's cheating on Linda. The latter would make me angry and want to smack the dumbass upside the head.
Then we got Raven in class, with a little green hummingbird tapping on the window. Then switches to Donna meeting Roy at a coffee shop. She brings up Kendra (ooh, hot button!) which leads to Roy changing the subject in a Dickish way. Touchy, touchy. (Well, considering in the last issue of JLA, he told Kendra to fuck off, I don't blame the stand-offish-ness about that.) They talk about needing a new team leader. Roy plainly states that they can't trust each other until Joey's found. Donna doesn't wanna give up, but she thinks Roy's being a defeatist about it.
The waitress comes over, and I think Roy was gonna try to flirt, but Donna automatically asked 'How is Lian?' Maaan, Donna, cockblock much? Roy isn't happy. She says he's clearly hurting, and why doesn't he spend time with his daughter ('instead of playing musical partners')? At this point, Roy tells her it's none of her business. She says she's just trying to be a good friend, and as he leaves, he tells her to try harder.
Switch back to Raven, outside with her classmates. They end up seeing a green squirrel. Gar turns into a butterfly to follow Raven. They talk, but Raven is uncomfortable about it, saying they should talk later, so she doesn't look like she's talking to herself.
Next part, Donna has her camera out at sunset, waiting for Kory to join her. They talk. Kory brings up that she's glad Dick is gone, since he said point-blank that he doesn't love her anymore. She knows she shouldn't hold a grudge, but she can't help it. Donna's answer is simple: 'guys suck.' Donna's readying her camera, and Kory asks why they're in a field at sunset. Kory then tells Donna she's a good friend and good leadership material.
Next scene, I think is Roy, though could be Wally (hoping not, since he shouldn't be CHEATING!!!). Talking to bartender chick, only having cranberry juice. The girl gets a call, from her daughter. Roy brings up his daughter being used to him be out too. Definitely hitting on the girl. The chick's interested.
Switch to Raven and Gar meeting on a rooftop in costume. Gar talks about dating, while Raven is trying to avoid it. When Gar tries to kiss her, she shoves him away. He's confused. She tells him there's nothing between them. He brings up the kiss. She says he needed to be a leader at the time, and she was helping boost his confidence. He freaks out, yelling at her saying Joey must be controlling her. When she makes it clear, he flies off. :( Raven, so mean! Poor Gar...
Switch over to panning over each Titan. Wally putting Iris to bed. Vic still in his room. Raven about to cry, but she hides under her hood. Kory and Donna watching the sunset and fireflies showing up, making for a gorgeous scene. Roy with the chick, checking on the chick's daughter before walking off with her.
Last page, Vic is talking to Blue Beetle about setting about the TT team. Then Vic's red computer eyes glows green. Hmm, looks like we've found Joey! >_<;; This whole issue was a headache though. I want the script for this. I want to know who the fuck is who! Never had this problem telling Roy and Wally apart before, except in the Silver Age when everyone essentially looked exactly same except for maybe hair style and costumes. @_@
