So after investigating, I discovered last night's AIM problems were caused by the fact our home computer died a terrible death, but was resurrected. But then my dad had to re-set up AOL....and somehow in the process my screenname's parental controls got set back to 12 & under (accidentally). Which apparently means you can't get IMs?
