(no subject)
I woke up this morning and immediately grabbed my watch, wondering what time it was and how it correlates to my school schedule. I'm pathetic. It's 2:44 in Texas right now and so that means 6th period. :(
We haven't even left to the family gathering yet... that starts in about 30 minutes. I'm not looking forward to it at all. I don't think I'll be able to get away with bringing my iPod, either, so my DS and sketchbook will have to suffice. (Assuming I don't get stuck in Hotel Dusk again -- which, I know I will.)
I hope we don't stay long. I figure, with old people, they get tired easily and leave early. So I'm looking at maybe 4 - 5 hours max. Then, sleep, and at 6am Tuesday morning, OFF TO THE AIRPORT FUCK YEAH.
This morning I spent my time reading Inverloch. Volume 2 got me hooked, so I read the rest on the intarwebz. I am now a happy supporter of Lei'ella/Varden. Thanks a lot, Jess. XD
I also talked about videogames and the videogame market with Barbara, who works for a computer company. It was refreshing to have a relatively coherent conversation after talking with all these senior citizens. >_>;
I enjoyed explaining Sony's downfall last year and the affect it had on E3 to her. Mwuha.
