Became aware that I was dreaming during my dream last night. Not sure how. I was in a deep sleep dream. Not like the usual half-awake dreams where I realize I'm dreaming right as I wake up. The realization was very sudden. It came as a statement with no explanation. I said to someone in my dream that I was dreaming. I said it out loud and just like that I was in full control. I've realized it before - been in control before - but never verbalized so clearly and with such certainty. Have to figure out how.
