Went out to see Superman Returns today, and the best way I can think of to describe it was already done by the author of one of my favorite comics, so I'll just crib from him

My name is Johannes Kelly Garrett. I'm six years old and when I grow up I want to be Superman.

That's pretty much all I took out of that theatre.
