Is that a Garcia Beanie? Or the other one that looked like him but with a peace symbol? I'm a dork, since that's the only Beanie I bought, but my mom crocheted him a beret and he went to Paris with me back in the day, so I've got a soft spot for them.
I like your living room. The walls have cool geometry.
Sorry, didn't mean to make you work! Garcia is a tie-dyed Beanie that looks like Peace. I missed the phase- I just have him and a Cocker Spaniel one a friend gave me (my old dog during the Beanie craze was also a Cocker)
Dude I wish I could say my most valuable possession was a condo! It's got a lot of potential, by the way. LOL loved the ceiling picture! Also, your bookshelf is great. I sort my books by genre as well, but mine are like "serial killers" (Dexter, The Perfume, etc) "real people" (Marilyn Manson's autobiogrphy and the book about Ewan McGregor's travels through Europe and America by motorcycle, etc) "vampires", "fantasy", (yes because vampires do not equal fantasy IMO. Not that they're real, but I call fantasy stuff like Potter, and the Mists of Avalon. You know, witches, and spells, and mythological creatures. That do not have fangs.)"Art", "thriller/crime novels" and "shitty stuff I tried but can't be arsed to read". =D Most of my books are in boxes at my grandma's, which makes me utterly unhappy. I could fill a whole bookshelf like yours, but occupy two shelves with my books right now. Sucks. Which is why I wish I owned a condo, so I could bring all my books together into a huge bookshelf. *is all sad*
Love your categories! And I agree, vampires =/= fantasy. I sympathize with your book situation. While living at my parents', I had to move my books into the basement, they were all over the place and, truth be told, I actually missed having them in the room with me.

Am impressed with the neatness of your CD collection, mine are scattered all over the house, cause it depends on where I am listening..

Well, I do have small pile of CDs on my desk but other than that, I only listen to CDs in one place so no scatter for me!
