ladydeadlock wanted to see my most prized possession, my living room and the first thing I see when I wake up.
OK, I kinda cheated on the first 2 -- I would say that my condo is my most prized possession. Not only does it represent independence and being all growed up but it's also an investment for my future.
Man, I need new sofas. Check out the mismatched cushins, lol!! Very plain walls. The pictures were just put up a few days ago.
The first thing I see in the morning... is the ceiling of course!
But how boring is that. So I decided to post the first thing I look at in the morning...
However, what I actually see is something more like this...
before fumbling around to get my glasses. If I squint, I can sorta make out the numbers on the clock. BTW, the editing features in photobucket are pretty darn cool!

I used to sort my books by author but had to give that up a long time due to space issues. Now, it's mostly by categories -- classic lit, modern lit, children/teen lit, chick lit, etc. although I do try and keep books by the same author together. Bottom line, the books go wherever I can squeeze them in!
solo_1 wanted to see my CD collection --
Part 1 (in alphabetical order of course)
and
Part 2 (soundtracks, musicals, compilations & other misc)
The view from my window was also requested and I did take a picture but the glass was soooooo dirty! It's nothing exciting though, just an office building on the other side.
