This time last year I weighed : ~153lbs .:.size 11/12
Right now I weigh: 120lbs.:.size 2 - 4/5
Goal: 110lbs
The last 10 is such a bitch, especially since I plateaued right around the holidays.
Things to change/try:
-Raw diet? (needs research)
-Reduce carbs
-Join pilates class
-Find a cheap yoga class
-Get back to gym-ing it 6 days a week
-No eating after 8pm
-Drink more water
Things to do:
-make appointment for general physical
-make appointment with a nutritionist
-personal trainer?
-find hiking club for summer
-bike to work? (look into bike costs, etc)
