Pretty much the summary of what happened is that the internet at the house no longer works and they keep asking for a password that I don't remember setting up. I haven't even registered the bill account stuff online 'cause I don't have the code and I don't have time to set it up now 'cause I have to get back to packing. Anyway. I called them and I couldn't understand the person on the other end. You'd think they'd hire people who actually knew how to articulate their words, but no. I never set up an email address with them and they say I did. They spelled my name wrong. grrr. I never set up a password OR security questions! So what the hell is going on?! But my name is on the account. Ugh. I'm just gonna send the check to Rachael so the bill can get paid.
Two. My cellphone service with AT&T sucks harder than the biggest vacuum in existence! I have so much trouble getting service and my dad's phone doesn't work half the time. It's so frustrating! I don't blame the tech people at all because they tried to help, but the company fails. grr...

... I miss Cingular... That's when my service was great. It went crappy when they merged! EVIL! I TELL YOU!!! EVIL!!!!!
... Switching to Verison for the cell phone is soooo tempting.
