TaDaiki are gonna JUMP da Baby! (LOL)
So this morning, I was checking Twitter and saw this link being passed around by Hey! Say! JUMP fans. Basically, it's an announcement that starting April 4, 2014, HSJ's Arioka Daiki and Takaki Yuuya are going to have their own regular radio show in bayfm (home to Nino's Baystorm, among others). Their show is hilariously called "JUMP daベイベー！(JUMP da baby!)". "Beijan" for short. LOL.
I'm quite looking forward to this. The two of them have been working together since their JJ Express days, and they also did MC work together in Shokura, so I'm hoping this means they have no trouble with their chemistry as DJs. I think this also marks the first regular thing Daiki has done recently. I know Takaki had Dr. DMAT before this.
Part of me is still quite disappointed that HSJ as a group aren't getting a variety show of their own like the other Johnny's groups. I guess having all nine of them together in one show is difficult? Yan Yan JUMP used to be pretty awesome back in the day. I miss that. *sigh* Then again, maybe the boys might have requested some solo things too, because I remember in one intervew, Daiki talked about spreading JUMP's popularity through their individual activities.
Well, in any case, I wish all of them luck in their activities, both group and individual. :)

In other news, I just changed my journal layout! Thanks to mooboohlayouts! I think I'll be tweaking it a bit more, because I realize it's a bit too Arashi-centric. Although Arashi is my #1 group, I want to be fair to my other favorites in Johnny's. Haha.
Do tell me if this new layout works just fine, or if the font or anything else makes it hard to read. I don't want you guys to hurt your eyes when you're reading my translations. >.<
