Did they change this stupid web-update page? It seems I lose what I type 50% of the time, and have to retype. It is getting so annoying.
Back from my mini-trip. It was a lot of fun, except for the thundery stormy weather, and if not stormy, then it was humid and drizzly. I am a bit museumed-out, though. Yes, I like museums- they are fun and you learn all sorts of useless trivia.
I missed my internet, however. When I got home around midnight last night I spent 4 hours online looking up what I missed. Catching up on after_survivor, mostly. It has just been... amazing, for lack of a better word. I have never been hooked on an RPG before (except hp_survivor, and that was not half as strongly)- I found myself reading the trial hoping that Lucius would get off so much. I want him to go free. How could anyone send him to prison? He is so... immensely attractive, for reasons that are beyond comprehension. At this point I don't care if he is guilty. I just want him to win. I have become what I have always seen as pathetic and dumb- a fangirl. *sigh*
I finally saw the PoA movie during my trip. It was... okay, I suppose. Better than the first two, sure. A great movie? No. A good movie? Well, by Hollywood standards it is okay. I would say more except that it has all been said already, and at great length, by people who are way more articulate than I am. I am just happy that I began reading the books way before the movies ever came out- else I doubt I would have ever read them, and then... no fandom. What a sad alternative.
