Cleaning house

I recieved an e-mail from mail.com informing me that my mailbox had reached its quota... Nice of them to add to the problem, aye? Hee.

Anyway, so I decided to get rid of e-mails that I didn't need... stuff I had kept for absolutely no reason. At first I was just chucking old newsletters and forwards and stuff like that. But after about 100 e-mails... I ran into a patch of e-mails that I remembered painfully well just by looking at the subject. At first I was going to open them... read them, tear open old wounds, etc. But instead, with a burst of courage, I just deleted them. And you know what? I feel so much better. Cleaning out my inbox was like symbolically purging me of all of the drama and turmoil that was once in my life. It's a great feeling, letting go like that. I didn't even know I had been holding on until just then.

Anway... not that I expected that to mean anything to any of you. I just felt like writing about it. ^_^
