I have not only urchin pendants but also urchin rings!
Any size from 14mm up to 19mm (US sizes 4 to 9)! Almost any colors!
So far I have two white (sizes 16.5 and 18) and one blue (size 16.75) - 15USD each.

I made a silicone mold out of sea urchin shell and stamped some beads with it - so much fun!
Looking forward to make more polymer clay sea urchins!

So far these two pieces are ready for sale - white triple pendant and a green necklace.

The pendant is on a silver plated 18'' chain
