You're not working Saturdays at the moment, are you? Because, seriously, my vote is SO HARD for "if we don't find a ticket before then, come down anyway because I will GET YOU IN THAT FUCKING BUILDING SOMEHOW DAMNIT". 2005 has to have been good for something, I have, like, wiles and shit now. Also I am good at not throwing up when dealing with scalpers. Sometimes this helps. ;)

... how do I check if Ticketek is releasing extra tickets? Their website or something?

If you see one, GRAB IT FOR ME. I swear I will pay you back.

*sadface* Why am I late to everything?

Yeah, just keep prodding at the site. And I will add it to my morning checklist at work and then text you instantly if I get something, okay?

Actually, no, you know what? I'm an idiot. I have access to a ticket for you, it will be all good, we will coordinate meeting/lining up etc a bit closer to the time, okay? Are you keen to do the line up thing or do you want to turn up closer to doors? <3

...sometimes i forget that in fact i am not able to transmit thoughts and intentions by telepathy, heh. okay, we don't fly in until... some time in the morning, on Saturday, and i'm not sure exactly what time we plan to line up, but given that Melbourne is a single GA pit - the Brisbane and Sydney ones are artificially split (which is awesome, we loves it precious) - and that it's a Saturday, i suspect there will be a lot of people lining up early to try and get close. so depending on how much dealing with insane and dehydrated and probably under-dressed for the cold people you feel like doing, and how close you want to be/how squished you mind getting, you probably want to figure on getting there at least few hours before doors if you want to be close-ish. plus, hanging out in line is just fun (except for when they herd you like cattle, CROKE PARK, but i don't think that's likely to happen there and reports from people who've seen similar shows there tend to imply it's just regular queueing and getting wristbanded to differentiate ( ... )
