Impressment, not the same as Impressing + Omake

*fwomps* Wasn't feeling particularly inspired today.  TGIF my foot.

Title: Why'd you stop taking me to your house when I was little?
Artist: otoshigo
Summary: England doesn't like lil' America going to his place for a reason...
A/N: Just a random doodle.  If you don't know Monty Python and the Holy Grail, then this won't make much sense...  If you do, then let's just say that America's managed to pick up something else that has a tendency to hate Arthurs.

Title: I'd Rather Be Kidnapped By Pirates...
Artist: otoshigo
Rating: PG (for Omake)
Summary: America is impressed into the British Royal Navy.
A/N:  So, I was thinking about this and it's actually quite likely that America could have been shanghai'd by a seafaring England - so long as England was in the British Royal Navy and it's between the years 1776 and 1812.  See, England did this little thing called "Impressment" where they would pick up British deserters and enlist them in the Royal Navy - including those silly 9,000 sailors on rebel flagships who call themselves American citizens, but really everyone knows they're British American.  Impressment is a bit of a misnomer, seeing as America wasn't at all impressed by these tactics.  Obviously, it's not as fun as being kidnapped by pirates.  ^^;  For me, this picture was a bit of a fail because I tried to draw America looking pissed off... but he looks like he's pouting instead... *le sigh*  There is an Omake with this one, so keep looking below!
