I am posting here a letter that needs sent to Onemanga.com. If someone could post it to thier feedback, I would be most obliged, as they are blocking me and it's starting to really piss me off.

Have you recently blocked Japanese ip addresses? It took some effort to find a way to contact you about this problem. I really like your service and enjoy reading manga here, and was rather dismayed that when I returned to Japan, I was unable to read manga anymore. Three weeks ago the site was fine, but when I returned to Japan the site said "Onemanga is currently down for maintenance." I thought nothing of it, until one of my friends pointed out that she hadn't been able to read manga on the site for at least a week.
I've always though that your site was a reliable service to check up on what my students are reading and find out if a series was worth my time and effort. I'm really sad that it seems that you've taken the effort to not only ban Japanese ips, but not even let us know that you are actively banning us, just that the site is "under maintenance." I've recommended this site to many of my friends, and raved about how wonderful it was. I have been sadly disappointed.
I know that you don't read your forums often, but there is a man there who is apparently in the service who has approached you as well. From what he has said, I have gathered that you are blocking Japan. I am rather displeased with this and upset, I can only hope that you will do something to fix this in the future.
