There is certainly more than a little latitude for interpretation of character traits in this list. For example, I would construe pride as a negative, while the meme writer apparently believes the opposite. How one appears to others also plays a role. For instance, when does self-assurance cross the line into what may be perceived as an over-bearing stance, even if such a presentation is unintentional?
An interesting opportunity for self-analysis regardless, and so I offer it to anyone else who would enjoy the exercise!
