Aol sent me a 37.44$ bill today. They've changed my price plan and lost ALL of our details with the account that we've had with them, because they had to create a new account. GOD I've been an internet administrator for like 2 seconds and even IIIIIIII know you have to keep records.
I've been on broadband with them for almost a year. Dial up I was with them since 2002 (pretty sure anyway)... Not one record is on their files.
I AM NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!!
Which means another FUCKING phone call and more waiting on hold and more indian accented dimwits.
Oh and for the records the last person to call me was an asian speaking woman who didn't even understand me when i said YOU HAVE A WRONG NUMBER!!!!!!
