Beyond that, reading your thoughts on Rose's character certainly gives me a much better understanding of why she's selfish, particularly with the attachment to Pete. The way you've described your though processes on that bit made me go: oh yeah! I think it was always there, that knowledge that she acted as she did because of false stories, but seeing you put it in writing really helped drive it home for me.
Also Peter Pan. I squeed, I admit it. Anything related to PP makes me flail. I can't help it! He was like my first crush ever :|

You didn't link to the tv trope. I'm disappointed. But yes, I do enjoy journeys too! So yay journeys and quests and all that stuff! Oh, I like that it could be sort of Buddhist as well. (Oh Five)

I can't think that she didn't love Mickey. If people say differently, well, idk, I say she did and that's how I play it. I just think it got to more of a friend/brotherly thing by the end instead of being in love with him ( ... )
