First of all, the big one. We're giving Kris a farm!
Okay, not really. But Kris Allen's birthday is coming up (on June 21) and so a bunch of fans decided to put together a donation in his name to Heifer International. Not only is it a great organization, but it's based out of Little Rock (where Kris is from) and he's worked with them before. You can just go to that link to donate or read more about our shenanigans plan here.
Being the eternal pessimists that Kris fans are, we were originally shooting for one cow ($500). In less than 24 hours we've raised over $5000 $6000, so now we're shooting for 25 cows. You don't have to be a Kris fan to donate--after all, it's a good cause--but even if it's not your thing, passing the word would be fantastic. Thanks!

And no, I'm not forgetting my recent adoration of The Losers. I saw these pics when they came out, but at the time I didn't really know who Chris Evans was. But damn, this is begging for some hot Cougar/Jensen porn. Or really, Jensen porn of any stripe.

On a less pervy note, smittywing wrote me JJ/Hotch last night! *clappy hands* Lorenz Attractor. 1150 words, for my prompt of "something where JJ and Hotch are just hanging on by fingernails not to give in, but then they do. Maybe a hug lasts a little too long, or staring at each other across the room, or whatever. (Yeah, I'm eloquent.)

I managed to accidentally erase 3/4 of my hard drive last night--all of my teevees that I had ahemmed. (Tip: do not erase system files, no matter how annoying they are.) So, yeah, I'm terribly happy about that. And I seem to be having one of those weeks where I accidentally screw up lots of minor shit. I just don't know what's going wrong with my brain. But!
I wrote 3000 words last night! Granted, some of it was on a Stonehenge Apocalypse/Highlander crossover (hey, someone has to do it), but most it was on a JJ/Hotch story. (About that fluff that was requested. Um. It'll get there eventually?) Now, if I could just keep this up, I'll be quite happy. *g*
