Terrible Two's!
I have a 2 year old, he's an only child. I have nephews and all my friends have kids. Well Ashton plays with them all the time. The problem is, he seems to have a problem with hitting. I was in an abusive relationship with his dad, and he's saw him hit me several times, which is when all this started. I have since left his father, but I am wondering how to go about breaking him from hitting. I don't want to spank him anymore for it...that's just saying "here, mommy is going to hit you to show you that you should not hit. doesn't make sense. and since this whole ordeal w/ his dad, he has become a little rebel. he's not as loving as he use to be 6 months ago before i got back with his dad. (i raised him by myself until then) So my question is...could it just be the terrible twos, or should I really try an intervention? Help! I love my son, and I don't want him to be like his Dad....I'm worred...
