First off...
I met Elvis again last night and finally got a picture with him. I kind of wanted to rape the living fuck out of him but didn't out of respect.
I've been ebaying like mad lately. I finally got my bank account set up and verified through paypal (I don't have a debit or credit card) and tested it by buying mom a mother's day gift which I won't name as she occasionally has a gander at my livejournal. Anyway I have to show off the fun crap I've bought lately.
Brand new with tags 1984 Go Bots lunch box. Chris and Keri both collect lunch boxes; I figure hey, why not me?
Seriously. I'm going to scan the pages, don't worry. Then everyone can enjoy the coloring experience.
It's a complete set of Peyo 1982 Smurf glasses. I've already moved the majority of my boring glasses to higher shelves and out of the way so I can just use these. They're mint. I got a really good deal on them too.
So this priest walks into a mental hospital... and brings one of our kids prayer cards. I thought they were so pretty I color xeroxed them before I sent them back then decided to find some on ebay. I actually also went by the Coaxberry church store the other day looking for some but instead just bought some palm ash (yeah, they sell that... how weird is that?)
And you know I love rosaries. This one is carnelian which is one of my birth stones along with ruby. According to the seller this one was made by his nun sister.
What's next on my list? More World's Fair memorabelia, a taxidermied death's head moth, old religious crap like rosaries and chalk statuary, and more 80's cartoon lunch boxes. Chris is kind of snobby about lunch boxes only being metal but I carried a lot of red plastic ones too.
Love!
