Anyway, I have to work on my ACTUAL short story for Wallace soon. Like the one the is not anonymous that is supposed to be 20 something pages. And I have NO ideas. And it needs to be done in three weeks.
I don't write happy. It's not a thing I can do. SO. I am trying to make a playlist of depressingly horrendous songs. Songs that just make you feel hollow inside. The kind where you have to block out every emotion because your gut is aching with pain and feeling anything might tumble the card castle that is so delicately representing your entire emotional structure. That make you HURT.
I need that kind of song. Something mellow, too preferably. I can't write while I'm being screamed at.
I only have The Valleys of New Orleans.
Any suggestions?
