(no subject)
I miss school. Not the people so much, though I miss a lot of people, (i.e. Katy, Mara). It's strange not having friends so close by. I have to take a car to see someone, which is crazydifferent.
This summer though, I am going to New Jersey for 2 weeks for work, and possibly a day trip to New York with the people who are also working the show in NJ. And, there's Lancaster, PA and I really want to go back to NY in the city because it was coldcold in the winter and I was unhappy walking in the snow with dress clothes.
Then, I want to convince my parents to let Nick go on vacation to the beach with us, because he's never been to O.C. (Ocean City for the non-MDers). But, short of telling my parents that he and I are engaged, I don't see that happening. It's part of a NIMBY thing (Not in My Backyard) with the 'rents, or more like a NUMN (Not under my nose). He can stay with me in CA, but we can't share the same room in the OC Condo.
Otherwise, it'll be a concentrated week of the 'rents and the bro which can get old in 3 days. Less at times.
I think I'm still jet-lagged. It's gross.
Time to pollute the Netflix queue.
