Sherlock is contacted by a group of men from the North about a string of disappearances. Someone is abducting married women from their homes.

Sherlock and John go up to this local town for local people (there's nothing for you here), where he eventually tracks the disappearances to one Papa Lazarou.

Does Sherlock save the day, or does Papa Lazarou imprison him and John in an animal?

TL;DR: League of Gentlemen crossover. Need it like woah.

Papa Lazarou is literally the scariest thing I've ever seen on TV. I daren't even rewatch, it creeped me out so much. So seconded.

Tell me, when you read his name, do you hear it in his voice? I do every time, and I'm not sure if it's hilarious or terrifying.

Yes! And both, hilarious and terrifying. I can't quite work out what I find so scary about him, but considering he was just minor character in a sketch show it's ridiculous just how much he (still) scares me.

Mycroft says: Infolly Mediaeval, which could well be part of the explanation.

I always sort of felt like they sort of neutered him in Apocalypse. But then, he hoarked up a massive hairball, and became terrifying all over again.

And dear sweet Jesus, the Christmas special. WTF? D:

I AGREE!!! I had to plug my ears through every Papa Lazarou sketch because it was so terrifying.
